Basic Rules are as follows:
All Caravan Properties (Drive or
Virtual) Must be submitted no later than 12:00 "Noon" on
the Friday before the property is to be shown or driven. The
first six (6) submittals will be on caravan as long as they are
within the designated East/West zone for that week. All properties
after the first six will be scheduled next in line for the upcoming
date in that specific East/West zone. We are sorry but due
to the time constraints there will be no exceptions. Thank You
for understanding and please refer to the home page or verify
with a repesentative of the "zone" dates.

Fontana West of Sierra to the 15 freeway
All properties submitted MUST be done so
on the "www.ivcaravan.com" website "Property
Submittal Page." ALL text boxes must be filled in. In case of technical
difficulties, a submittal may be sent via e-mail to info@ivcaravan.com and MUST include the following information:
A) Agent Name / Company
Name / Contact Phone / Contact E-Mail
B) Property MLS# / Complete
Address including zip code / Property List Price / Square Footage
/ Bedroom Count / Bathroom Count / Lot Size / Year Built / Nearest
Cross Streets
C) Drive or Virtual Caravan specified (The same
property cannot appear in the virtual caravan & drive caravan
on the same day UNLESS the property is represented by 2 different
indiduals/representatives) Please be sure to follow-up via e-mail
or phone to verify receipt of a submittal no later than 12:00 "Noon" Friday,
the week before your caravan request.
